What is an example of a typical offer?
Offers may be a special discount for select performances or advanced access to full price tickets before they are available to the general public. Dates, times and discount levels, among other components, will vary by offer. Ticket limits vary per offer.
Does every member of my family need a membership?
Ticket limits vary for each offer. They can be limited to two tickets per member.
How long is my membership valid?
Your membership is good for one year from the date of purchase and is renewable. Each membership costs $25 for individuals or $500 for corporate memberships, which includes up to 500 employee memberships. You are a member the moment you join by phone or online - no waiting period or delays. Please note: Your membership number is given to you at the end of your registration. Please write down your number and keep it on hand until you receive your membership letter.
Is there a limit to the number of offers I can purchase?
No, you can purchase tickets for one or all of the offers available. You choose what you want to see! Offers may have specific ticket limits.
Is there a service charge?
Normal ticket handling fees and charges apply on ticket purchases.
Can I go to the theatre with my membership ID number and take advantage of an offer?
Offers can be taken advantage of in several ways, dependant on the offer. Generally, tickets can be purchased at the box office with proof of membership, online at ticketmaster.com with the code that is emailed to you or via the phone line with your membership number. However, you can only purchase your membership via the phone line or online at ticketmaster.com.
Can I just make a reservation now and pay for the tickets on the day of the show?
Tickets must be purchased in advance, as per the instructions in each offer.
Are there provisions for accessible seating?
Arrangements can be made for members with accessibility needs by calling (312) 977-1700, menu option #5.
I lost my tickets, what can I do?
Call the Broadway In Chicago phone line at (312) 902-1400 and ask for customer service. Instructions will be provided.
Do I get a confirmation of my order?
Yes, you will be provided with a confirmation number when placing your order. This confirmation number uniquely identifies your seats. Keep this confirmation number when attending.
Can I exchange or get a refund on my tickets?
Tickets are not exchangeable or refundable.
NOTE: The most direct way of communicating with members is via email. If you wish to receive the most up-to-date offers, be sure to provide your email address when registering, whether online or through the Broadway In Chicago phone line. When joining online, please DO NOT opt-out of receiving emails or you will NOT receive the Broadway In Chicago Club offers via email.
Sales cannot be made in conjunction with any offer or special. All sales are final. Tickets are not exchangeable or refundable. All offers are given with non-negotiable deadlines as parameters. We regret that Broadway In Chicago Club will not be responsible for missed performances due to events such as illness, forces of nature or non-receipt of tickets. If tickets are not received prior to the event date, contact the Broadway In Chicago Club at (312) 902-1400 in advance to make other ticketing arrangements. As a courtesy to other patrons, children under the age of five will not be admitted to Broadway In Chicago theatres. All patrons must have a ticket for admission regardless of age.
