TICKET EXCHANGES

Season ticket holders enjoy the benefit of exchanging tickets to another performance of the same show. Exchanges will be made from the best available seating. Unfortunately, comparable seating cannot be guaranteed. If it is after business hours or on a weekend, please go to one of the Broadway In Chicago Box Offices to exchange your tickets.

Exchanges in Person:
You may bring your tickets to any Broadway In Chicago Box office (call 312-977-1700 for current hours and locations). Please note that the Box Office may not be able to process your exchange within 2 hours prior to curtain. In order to receive our best possible customer service, you may always leave your exchange with the box office staff and they will process your exchange the next day, or after the performance if you drop it off during a matinee.

Exchanges by Mail:
Please mail your tickets, along with a note with which date you would like to attend to: Broadway In Chicago Attn: Subscriber Ticket Exchange 17 North State Street, Suite 810 Chicago, IL 60602

Exchanges by Email:
Please scan and attach your tickets in an email to subscription@broadwayinchicago.com, along with which date you would like to attend.

Exchanges by Phone:
Please call 312-977-1717 with your exchange date requests. Please note that we do not process your exchange in house, and must shuttle it to the box office, so exact exchange locations are not always available.

Please have all exchange requests submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled performance date.
