| LOST TICKETS |
If you have lost your tickets to an upcoming performance, please contact the Subscription Department at 312-977-1717 or subscription@broadwayinchicago.com, and we will replace your tickets.
If it is after business hours or on a weekend, please go to your scheduled performance and speak with the box office. |
| TICKET EXCHANGES |
Season ticket holders enjoy the benefit of exchanging tickets to another performance of the same show. Exchanges will be made from the best available seating. Unfortunately, comparable seating cannot be guaranteed.
Exchanges in Person:
You may bring your tickets to any Broadway In Chicago Box office (call 312-977-1700 for current hours and locations). Please note that the Box Office may not be able to process your exchange within 2 hours prior to curtain. In order to receive our best possible customer service, you may always leave your exchange with the box office staff and they will process your exchange the next day, or after the performance if you drop it off during a matinee.
Exchanges by Mail:
Please mail your tickets, along with a note with which date you would like to attend to: Broadway In Chicago Attn: Subscriber Ticket Exchange 17 North State Street, Suite 810 Chicago, IL 60602
Exchanges by Email:
Please scan and attach your tickets in an email to subscription@broadwayinchicago.com, along with which date you would like to attend.
Exchanges by Phone:
Please call 312-977-1717 with your exchange date requests. Please note that we do not process your exchange in house, and must shuttle it to the box office, so exact exchange locations are not always available. |
| ADDITIONAL TICKETS |
| Season Ticket Holders are able to purchase tickets for family and friends before tickets go on sale to the public. You may mail, email, call or fax your additional ticket order to the Subscription Department to process. |
| SUITE SERVICE |
Broadway In Chicago Suite Service provides:
*A private suite available 45 minutes prior to performance time
*Complimentary light hors d’oeuvres and drinks at our private bar

*Private restroom facilities, coat check and courtesy phone for local calls

| SPECIAL ACCOMMODATIONS |
| All Braodway In Chicago theatres have infrared listening devices. Sign language interpreted performances are available for hearing impaired patrons. For information about these services and accessible seating please call 312-977-1700 x 1259. |
| LATE SEATING |
| Late seating times vary and are at the discretion of each production. Our lobby doors open 45 minutes prior to the performance. |
| CHILDREN |
As a courtesy to other patrons, children under the age of five will not be admitted to Broadway In Chicago theatres. Child-friendly shows may allow younger patrons. All patrons must have a ticket for admission. All ages require a ticket.
