Broadway In Chicago Club FAQs

How is this different from the other e-mails I’ve received being a past ticket buyer?
Discount and pre-sale offers are not always exclusive to Broadway In Chicago; meaning periodically, an offer that is first shared with BIC Club members will later be sent to a larger, past ticket buyers list.

How and when will I receive the special offers as a Broadway In Chicago Club member?
Offers are only sent by e-mail notification. Those e-mails will contain all the information you need to take advantage of current offers. Not all shows will have Broadway In Chicago Club offers.

How long is my membership so I know when to renew?
Your membership is officially good for one year from the date of purchase and is renewable. Each membership costs $50 for individuals or $500 for corporate memberships, which includes up to 500 employee memberships.

Can I go to the theatre with my membership ID number and take advantage of an offer?
Yes, you may take your code in person to a Broadway In Chicago box office unless otherwise noted with the offer. Current box office hours are available by calling (312) 977-1700 (dial 2).

Can I exchange or get a refund on my tickets?
Tickets are not able to be exchanged or refund. All sales are final.

Is there a service charge?
Normal ticketing fees apply.
