How to Redeem
To redeem a gift certificate, download and complete the form, then please scan and email to GiftCertificates@BroadwayInChicago.com.
Please make sure to include the following:
- Broadway In Chicago gift certificate photo or scan.
- Name & daytime phone number.
- Your complete mailing address.
- Name of show you wish to purchase with a first and second choice of dates and times you wish to attend.
- A request of seating level preference and the number of seats.
- If additional payment is needed to cover the full cost, please request a secure link for your payment. Email GiftCertificates@BroadwayInChicago.com.
Broadway In Chicago gift certificates can also be redeemed at one of our box offices.
Policies And Restrictions
All sales are final. No exchanges or refunds. Gift certificates may not be redeemed for cash. Only valid gift certificates for Broadway In Chicago theatres will be accepted for any Broadway In Chicago show. Subject to availability. Not valid on previously purchased tickets or with any other offer. Broadway In Chicago encourages you to use gift certificates within the first year.
