BEGINNING WITH THE AUGUST 12, 2024, SEASON ANNOUNCEMENT, ALL SEASON TICKET HOLDERS WILL BE ENROLLED IN OUR AUTO-RENEW PROGRAM, AND WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY RENEWED EVERY SUBSEQUENT SEASON UNLESS YOU OPT-OUT OF THE AUTO-RENEW PROGRAM.
You may cancel your Auto-Renew enrollment before January 30, 2025 (the “Processing Date”), by opting out within your account, or by contacting the Broadway In Chicago Subscription office at (312) 977-1717 or email us at subscriptions@broadwayinchicago.com.

All tickets purchased are subject to a handling fee to facilitate your order. Season Series packages are purchased and issued subject to the policies of Broadway In Chicago. Series and individual tickets are NEVER refundable unless in the case of show cancellation. Prices include all handling fees and discounts. Additional tickets may be available for season shows based on availability. Date and ticket limit restrictions may apply. Additional charges may apply to exchanges. In the event of an unavoidable change, Broadway In Chicago reserves the right to present a substitution. Seating will be assigned to comparable locations for shows at all theatres. Broadway In Chicago does not permit the reselling of tickets in excess of their face value price through any means other than through authorized reselling programs of Ticketmaster and Broadway In Chicago. Tickets purchased by persons that Broadway In Chicago believes are purchasing solely for resale may be canceled, including without refund at any time. Should it come to the attention of Broadway In Chicago management that your tickets are being resold through a third-party seller, your order may be cancelled without notice. Missed performances will NOT be refunded.
Subscription Ticket Buyer Assurance
Broadway In Chicago’s Ticket Buyer Assurance program is available for all subscription tickets that Broadway In Chicago hosts.
Our promise to you:
- If our local or state government prohibit events at Broadway In Chicago venues and/or your event is canceled, you’ll receive a full refund.
- If your event is rescheduled, we will automatically move your tickets to the new performance date. If you are unable to attend the new date(s), you have 30 days to request a refund or credit to another Broadway In Chicago show or season.
Our goal is to provide you with the assurance needed to give you confidence in moving forward with ticket purchases throughout this unprecedented time. All our programming continues to be re-evaluated based on updated health recommendations.
